Stairway increases the capacity of partner organizations and institutions through training sessions and workshops. We aim to empower people to join the fight for children's rights and enable participants to play a more active role in the prevention of child sexual abuse. Stairway workshops are variable in duration and can be catered to benefit the roles participants play in their respective communities. From social workers and law enforcement agents, to community leaders and teachers, we believe child protection is a vital responsibility for all.

     As a result of the evolving nature of child exploitation, Stairway implements community and partner organization training sessions to combat emerging trends in the field. One such example is the provision of workshops that develop an awareness of and skills for Internet safety due to the recent frequency of child's rights violations online.

    The core tool of our training sessions and workshops are Stairway's animation toolkits. It is our desire to increase knowledge and capacity through these workshops and, ultimately, encourage a seismic cultural shift regarding the acknowledgement of child sexual abuse within society.
